Yoga Bridge™ Yoga for Cancer Teacher Training  
(Practical Applications of Asana, Pranayama, and Meditation) (40 CEUs provided)  September 26-29, 2014
Yoga for Cancer Survivors and Patients Teacher Training Certification. This is a comprehensive training that includes presentations from medical doctors, oncology nurses and cancer survivors and patients. Pamela and Susan will be teaching others their Yoga Bridge model of asana, pranayama and meditation.

Workshops we offer on a regular basis:

Yoga Bridge™ Signature Spa Day
with Susan Reeves and Pamela Ryan A luxurious day just for you. Receive massage as you practice gentle Prana Flow® yoga and restorative yoga. Relaxing breathing techniques and meditation will also be included as well as time afterward for tea and fruit, and a gift bag.
You will be in good hands. Susan leads the yoga portion. She is a certified Relax and Renew® instructor who has been consistently teaching restorative yoga since 2008, and has also completed 300-hour training with Shiva Rea. Pamela offers massage as you practice. In addition to teaching yoga, she is a licensed massage therapist with over 900 hours of education, who works with Olympic athletes and NFL players.

Yoga and Massage (Thai Yoga)

Part I: The Neck and Shoulders, Part II: Upper, Lower Back and Sacrum, Part III:  Lower Body and Feet

Thai bodywork techniques for you to share with your loved ones and students that1) traction/decompress the spine,2) actively release the pressure points along the spine, and
3) use pranayama to strengthen the back muscles.

Thai Yoga relieves muscular tension, improves circulation, boosts the immune system and enhances a sense of overall well-being. 
Yoga Teachers: CEUs provided. Adding this nurturing element to your teaching keeps students coming back for more. Thai Yoga is great for private lessons!
